LABORIE Comprehensive Urodynamics Course Complimentary Registration Scholarship

CRITERIA FOR CORPORATE-SPONSORED WORKSHOP / COURSE SCHOLARSHIPS

Applicant will receive complimentary registration to the Workshop or Course of their choice. Dates and locations can be found on the Corporate Website.

1. Applicant must be an active SUNA member in good standing for a minimum of 2 years.

2. Applicant must be currently employed in a setting utilizing the specific information provided in the workshop or course content.

3. Applications must be received by December 15th for dates in the following year.

4. Applicant must submit a brief statement of the benefit as related to their practice within 30 days after completion of the workshop or course.

5. Recipient will be responsible for all expenses incurred except registration fee.

Upon approval by the SUNA Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee, recipient will be notified and a copy of the approved application will be forwarded to the sponsor of the workshop or course. Recipient will follow sponsor’s protocol for registration.
